Heather Romero serves as the Secretary and Events Chair on the Youngsville Chamber Board of Directors.
Heather is a very active mom, resident, and business owner here in Youngsville. In 2016, Heather started her career in the insurance industry, working for Monica Meyers State Farm. This was also the start of her love of Youngsville! Destined to be an independent agent and entrepreneur, she took that leap of faith in March of 2021 to open her own agency. She knew there was no other place she would rather be than in Youngsville. Heather works as an Insurance broker, specializing in Life, Disability, Long-Term Care, Health and Retirement planning for both families and small businesses. She has been a mentor to several agents looking to start their careers and has a wealth of knowledge to share with her agents and clientele. Her office is located at 100 Sabal Palms Row Ste 1 in Youngsville.
Heather has been a member of the Youngsville Chamber since March 2022. She is currently a member of Leadership Youngsville – Class 4. The entire experience has fueled her love for the community and given a new perspective on ways to contribute to the growth and success of this area!
Heather is also an active member of Business Networking International. She has served on the board as a Visitor Host and connects with business owners weekly to learn how she can help them grow their business. She is also a sponsor for the Southside High School Football team, the VFW Post 9210, and Maddies Footprints.
In her spare time, Heather volunteers at ARCA where her boys, Caidyn (11) and Grayson (7) attend school. Heather and Chase also have a 2 year old daughter, Whitney Mae. The family can be found at the ballpark/sports complex most evenings. They also enjoy watching football, fishing and movie/game nights. Supporting local businesses has become one of the kid’s favorite thing to watch their mom teach them and encourage them to do! They, along with Heather love being involved in the community and look forward to being a part of the Chamber’s board where she can help implement and volunteer more of her time toward our local businesses and community!
